"I really wanted to like this because it..."
I really wanted to like this because it looked nice in the photos, but once it arrived, it felt kind of cheap. The stitching was a little messy in a few spots, and the material just wasn’t as nice as I was expecting. It’s still usable, so I’m not totally upset, but for the price, I thought it would be better. I probably wouldn’t order it again.

"Shipping was a little slow, but the return went okay"
I’d say it was kind of a mixed experience overall. The shipping took a bit longer than I was expecting, which was a little frustrating, but the return process was mostly fine. Not perfect, but not terrible either.

"Really uncomfortable on me"
I wanted to like this, but the fit was just... off. It felt tight in random places, not in a supportive way, more like I kept noticing it every time I moved. And then the fabric started feeling scratchy quickly, which made it even more annoying.
I was basically adjusting it all day, so yeah, not great. Maybe it fits other people better, and maybe I’m just not the right shape for it, but comfort-wise it was a miss for me. I wouldn’t buy it again

I expected the design to look a bit more fresh and stylish, but it just felt dated to me. It wasn’t really my style, and I found it kind of hard to look at after a while.

"Sizing felt a little off to me"
The dress is really cute, but it fit tighter than I expected. I’m not totally sure if it runs small across the board or if it was just the fit on me, but I ended up exchanging it for the next size up.

"I had to contact ally.nyc regarding a question..."
I had to contact ally.nyc regarding a question about my order, and overall the experience was solid. The support rep who got back to me was friendly and clearly took the time to read my message instead of sending some generic copy-paste response.

The only drawback was that it took a little longer than I expected to receive a reply. That said, once they did respond, everything was handled quickly and professionally. I’d give it 4 stars.
